The Kitchen Table’s chefs ply weary travelers at the Courtyard Marriott Calgary South with classic steaks, gourmet burgers, Calgary craft beer, and imported and Canadian wines. The chefs grill 12-ounce strip-loin steaks and nestle them next to garlic mashed potatoes. They also pan sear halibut and coat pappardelle pasta in pesto and parmesan.

For those who wish to eat light or share their food, the chefs create small plates. These range from wild-mushroom tarts with dill goat cheese to chorizo meatballs drizzled with bourbon barbecue sauce.
