You are served injera on the side, and use it to scoop your food into your mouth, as no forks are really used. The technique of hand feeding your Dinner companion by placing chunks of food into the mouth is called Gursha and is a traditional experience that will have you and company lost in the moment, enjoying the most social and intimate dining experience of you life.
