City of Calgary: FREE Golf at Richmond Green Golf Course on Mother’s Day (May 11)

The City of Calgary and Richmond Green Golf Course is celebrating Mother’s Day by offering FREE rounds of golf!

This coming Sunday, May 11, 2014, all nine holes  at Richmond Green Golf Course will open for the season, and be free of charge. It normally costs $16 for adult, $12.50 for senior and $11.50 for junior.

If they wish, golfers can make a donation to the Kids on Course subsidy program when they check in at the clubhouse. The non-profit helps low-income children get out on the course, and also offers free programs and golf outings to schools and organizations like Boys and Girls Clubs.

Richmond Green Golf Course is located in southwest Calgary, just off Crowchild Trail near Marda Loop. Richmond Green Golf Course is also the home of family golf. This easy to play 9-hole par 3 course is ideally suited to the beginner player.
