Alberta Government Cash and Carry Surplus Sale: Cheap Filing Cabinets & Office Furniture (Oct 30 Only)
I saw this posted on RedFlagDeals by Wingding.
I’m not really familiar with the sale, so I’ll just quote what the poster had to say:
If you’re in the market for any home-office furniture Alberta Government Surplus is having one their annual Cash & Carry megasale this Saturday. You really can’t beat the deals, especially on filing cabinets. Top-quality laterals that would easily run you $800-1000+ new can be had for like $30, $40, and a lot of their stuff is in really excellent condition.
Only thing to be aware of is that you must remove your purchases IMMEDIATELY. You can’t pay for something then leave to borrow a truck and then come back to pick up your item, because while you were away it will have been forklifted into the dumpster and you won’t get your money back.

Location is immediately north of the Windsor Plywood store on 46 Avenue SE.
BTW they do have the Cash & Carry sale running on an ongoing basis every weekday, but it’s a far smaller selection than what they offer at these megasales.
It’s a 1 DAY Only Cash and Carry Sale. Various types of exercise equipment, a large assortment of chairs, tables, filing cabinets, workstations, whiteboards, desks, and much more. All purchased items must be removed at the time of purchase. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
It sounds like there are lots of good deals so I’m planning on checking the sale out.
