What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Besides acupuncture and cupping treatment, I also utilizes an unique heat therapy in our clinic. It has a much better effect than acupuncture-only treatment on some diseases or ailments, such as rheumatoid arthritis, non-bacterial inflammation, and etc.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Before starting this clinic, some of my friends came to me and asked for help for their problems. I used acupuncture in combination with heat therapy, and achieved amazing results. Gradually I realized that there are so many people who need good treatment, I then decided to start my own clinic.

What do you love most about your job?
I really enjoy the feeling that I can help people and improve people’s life quality with my treatment. Even after a few years of practice, I still keep the enthusiasm in Chinese medicine because so many amazing results are seen.

What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
I received so many good feedback. An impressive one is from a male patient who suffered from frequent micturition due to enlargement prostate. He had to wake up more than 10 times each night for 12 years, even after a surgery 10 years ago. After 5 treatments, it was reduced to less than 3 times.
