Today’s deal: for $25, you get 48 days of unlimited boxing boot camp classes and open gym access from January 10 through February 27 at Teofista Boxing (a $300 value).

Teofista Boxing is a rock ’em sock ’em fully loaded boxing gym run by coach, manager, and owner, Eric DeGuzman offering more than 45 classes, including lessons by world-champion Steve Claggett. Enter the gym without fear of a bodily pummeling with this non-contact, head-to-toe 15-station workout. Instead, show no pity for pleading heavy bags and build coordination with speed bag drills. Hear the heart’s a cappella version of “Eye of the Tiger” while skipping rope and jogging, and build muscle matter during pushup and sit-up reps. Participants also partner up to pound some pads, relieving stress while building confidence and an arsenal of right hooks and undercuts for their next tussle with a vengeful, one-wheeled shopping cart. Classes are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, capped at 20 participants, and available daily at 10 a.m., 1 p.m., and 3 p.m. Most classes are in groups, but there are always trainers available to assist students during their workout. Open gym facilities are accessible 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Sundays.
